Devout Decree after the events of Rainseed's backstory.
She appears in:
THE SWAN-LING AND THE LAKERain lived within the Eternal Wood upon the Wishing Lake, and ever since she could remember her talent was dance. Upon her dancing, she became one with the element that dictated the entirety of the course of her life-water. When she danced, the sky rained with happiness- and that was how it had always been.

One day she spoke to the lake on which she lived, drifting upon it she asked, "Who am I, and how did I come to be? I want to thank those whom had gifted me this life, and joy of dance. You, Lake, are all I have come to know and hold very dear; you whom I remember, even in my earliest memory, surly must know from whence I came?" And the Lake replied- "Joy, joy, Rain; for from me is wherest you came. My waters, my light, and my soul gave you breath; and it is for, and upon me, that you have so always danced- which brought me joy."

The swan-ling was overjoyed, and yet unsettled, "I am happy to know that I have served you well, but I sti The Legend of the LakeLong ago, a Star fell from the sky.
That Star, landed in a Lake.
That Lake created a Wood.
That Wood was home to many.
All were frozen in time.
A Black Rose burned the Wood.
A Black Rose destroyed the many.
Out of the many, one was saved.
A sacrifice made, the Rain fell.
All was Seeded and saved.
The Star still shines upon the Lake.
The Lake still gives the Wood life.
Life spreads beyond the Wood.
The Lake and Star are as one.
All will prosper throughout time.
