back story from
Sorain is a born native of the mist village. He spent his entire life training to become a medical ninja in order to follow in the foot steps of the two great visionary of their time, Orochimaru and Tsunade. In his teenage years Sorain descovers that his already best friend and team mate Sai is in fact his half brother, they go on many missions together and always go to the ends of the earth for one another. Through there determination and valor the Mizukage himself takes notice of them both and creates weapons and items for them to further there strength. For sorain he was given two symbiotic arms to replace his own that were mostly me to aid in medical procedures in battle, being able to form a scalpel with ones finger always comes in handy.

It's interesting to see you adapt so well to something that you don't draw that often XD Well, unless you specialized in drawing demonic things before you went on DA or something... but this is besides the point.
I love it too. Sorain is in such a simple outfit and then all of this complexity is around him. Proportions are fairly good, shading is excellent, picture i balanced, and it's just nice to look at. His legs are a little long, but that's not that noticeable in this picture because of the over pouch thingeh. But yeah, this is one of your better works and I think it's awesome ^^

Best art ive ever had in my life. I love that you gave it like a claw that went into another claw. You also captured his calm yet determined look. I swear this is so great I love it. Very nice job with the outfit.

i just copied the reference you gave to me! i had a tough time with the kimono though. not used to drawing loose/baggy clcothes.

It looks perfect to me, it matches my reference very well. The claws look even better than I had originally imagined it in my head. I like how you gave it more of a muscled jagged look combined with the unwrapping strings it looks as though the strings are in place to contain them and are being released. The eyes/facial expression matches his personality perfectly and I am also very happy about the hair. Well worth the wait.
