Welp as yu can see my version of Cerulean City is a bit different, I wanted to really show the water aspect of Misty's town, I thought up a few ideas, they didn't really work, so I said screw it, lets flood the dam City! So that's what I did!

The back story is about 3 years ago a huge tidal wave came from the north east flooding almost all of Cerulean City, There was some much water that they had to use bridges to support the town, Luckily the Psychic trainers of Cerulean City's neighboring City Saffron foresaw the event and went to aid, led by Gym Leader Sabrina. The Psychic Pokemon placed huge rocks in the direction the water was flowing in from to take most of the trauma, unfortunately it wasn't enough, it still managed to flood over 70% of Cerulean City and Route 4 slightly. The Psychic Pokemon of Saffron and the Water Pokemon of Cerulean worked together lifting any buildings that were still in fixable condition, and placing the new bridge support structure for the town, this team combination had Cerulean City back in working order in a mere hours, even tho is was supported and safe again, some buildings were lost and damaged, Cerulean City has just recently gotten back up to 100%, the town is now known as the water capital of Kanto! To this day, no one actually knows what caused the huge tidal wave, some people were rumored to have seen a big whale like monster at the base of the tidal wave.
