Just a random note. But Buwaro's general shape and appearance has really evolved in a good way. His more angular appearance (muzzle and ear wise) really give him a more "mature" appearance, almost in accordance with his wanting to become more responsible, as well as trying to remember what happened to him. Accidental or intentional, it really became evident here. So... thumbs up.

The style totally reminds me of those hand-carved stamps. The line strokes really looks like carved-away rubber! This is such a neat idea now that I'm thinking about it.
Great job with the expressions! Their interaction is just so sweet... it's like watching baby bunnies playing or something. You can't help but make cutesy baby noises. :3

I chose a color for the background, put down a blob of white, and then refined it by erasing and using the background color to shape the characters.

It's exactly what it sounds like. A vague white shape plastered right on the picture. It doesn't have to look like anything because you "shape" it with the eraser and brush tools. Think of a sculptor chiseling away at a block of marble. The statue of David didn't start out looking anything like a human.
