Thanks Cy! I do like the look ... I've seen quite a few bald eagles, but this is the only one I know that can practically stop a heart by staring. A big thank you for the +favorite too... I really appreciate it!

Yeah I thought with a few favorites and (for my corner of deviantart anyway) a good few views I would have hoped for some comments. I put it on the front page to encourage something anyway. I'm glad you like it!

I did blow out the highlights though, and I can't correct it in photoshop as it's a block of white. The histogram on my camera lies I tell you...

I might go back there tomorrow after work if I can, and the weather behaves.

haha yeah you did, i do it sometimes but its alright they can't always be perfect exposures, i wouldnt worry about that..

hopefully you will get more comments.. i feel the same sometimes i don't get very many
