Some personal art that's been lingering around in my folder for months now. It's kind of a mesh between several styles. Almost 2013 cartoon, but with different feet and colors from the 2003 cartoon. I am very amused.Used some star stock by .
Done in Sai and tweaks in photoshop. Didn't keep track of time.
