Vertebrates are tetrapods, not hexapods.
The wings are nothing else than transformed upper limbs due to evolution, not an additional 3rd pair of limbs.
So, either one or another.

Well I have to be honest about this piece. If i was rich myself. I would by it right away. But I think I'll try to buy a print of it. And it may sound strange. So I hope you don't mind. I was just browsing friends favs and this was in it.
The piece is beautiful. It reminds me of this old book called "The Dragon and the George" series. One thing that the dragons in it loved were stories. And Georges *What they call humans* that would come near their den. They would stop and ask for stories. I can see this as this lady coming into the den calling all the dragons for story time. This piece is beautiful and I'm just so beautiful. You show the tranquility that is rarely painted or drawn of dragons. Thank you for doing such a great piece

To paraphrase a famous Saturday Night Live skit: I have a fever, and the only prescription is more DRAGONS!

that's a lot of dragons!!!
I wonder how she feed them all?
Anyway, this piece is great and the composition focus is clear despite the huge amount of characters in it, Great job Ralph!

most welcome, its an inspiring painting because of the variety of dragons in it and each one is as good as the other, Really dig the styles of your dragons to. Im hard to please with dragons to these hit the mark. As you can see i also draw/paint dragons and im my biggest critique!

They're all amazing looking dragons, and they're everywhere!
I just can't pick a favourite, though the green dude who looks like he's got his arms folded is pretty neat. And I just noticed the huge eye in the background, there's so much to look at!
I really neat to get this as a print one day. It's truely awesome (and I can't imagine how long how all this took).

*puts on my Gandalf voice* There is only One, Queen of Dragons, only one who can bend them to her will...and she does not share power!

yup, nice variance of dragons, but I reckon they're all thinking the same thing: Who wants to start?
