Description
This is an older piece of mine I made last year for an art contest hosted by a FF XI Private server - and I won a cosmetic because of it! The signature says "Chalk" since that's my character's name on the server, and at that time I had not made my art account.

FF XI is a tremendous game that everyone that is into classic mmos should give a try at some point. The grinding attached to it though makes it not so suitable for the faint of heart . This scene takes place in Xarcabard, a cursed snowy region where you fight the Shadow Lord, one of the final battles of the base game.

I tried to be balanced with this imaginary party, so I included a brave Elvaan paladin to take the hits, a Tarutaru black mage to deal some serious damage, two DDs with the characteristic Scorpion Harness and Kirin's Osode respectively, and a white mage with the equally iconic Vermillion Cloak. The big guy on the back is my Dark Knight Galka character, Chalk!
