Well. It's supposed to be Eowyn as portrayed by Miranda Otto, based off this Return of the King poster with all the characters faces (and info about them), but....it doesn't look entirely like her so it's more just an Eowyn portrait.Done pretty quick, primarily for the sake of drawing Miranda's totally awesome facial structure omg. D:
I drew her eyes a little more creepy than what they should be ha ha ;____;

Woah, this is really good. What type of tool do you use when you drew this? Also was it in an oekaki or another drawing program? Just wondering because I like how the lines look.
