Gorgeous... I love Jacks. My son takes care of my Beauty. Can't have a dog where I live. So getting time out with my sister's Shepherds is a treat.
You have caught the lively character of a jack to the last whisker. I always feel they are a dog that should be able to laugh....

Yes a nose is important in a face
Well actually everything in the drawing of a face is important
The distance between the eyes - the jaw- the lips
A little disproportions & it does not look like the person
Ha Ha I don't talk from experience
I took 3 years of classical human body drawing in my fashion design classes ( years ago)
But I'm not a natural like you ; D

Hum..I know that I should practice more
Ah ! sOo many things I'd like to be good at & soo little time
I'm working on a mosaic project, in a wooden serving tray
I'm ready to do my mermaid in stained glass....
except...not ready to spend money & buy the glass !

Ya ! And the price of lead right out doubled & copper foil also is more pricy !
Mosaic is my cheap way to keep at it for now, and it uses my scrap glass

Isn't it strange? I have a friend who collects scrap metal to sell, and he's moaning because scrap copper and lead aren't commanding high prices anymore. Hmm... sounds like the leading and copper-foil people are making a little extra profit!
