**Chill Penguin chills things out!**Universe: Mega Man
Specials
B: Shotgun Ice - Chill Penguin will fire ice at his foes.
Side B: Slide - Chill Penguin will slide forward, damaging any fighter who comes in contact with him.
Up B: Leap - Chill Penguin will leap upwards.
Down B: Ice Sculptures - Chill Penguin will create Ice Sculptures and slide them toward his enemy.
Final Smash: Blizzard - A Blizzard will cover the entire screen, freezing all opponents. It's almost similar to Peach & Daisy's final smash, only it doesn't put all fighters to sleep.
Entrance: Chill Penguin will slide onto the stage.
Taunt 1: Chill Penguin will strike a pose.
Taunt 2: Chill Penguin will spin around.
Taunt 3: Chill Penguin will waddle in a circle.
Victory Poses
- Chill Penguin will use his neutral special on the camera, freezing it.
- Chill Penguin will slide towards the camera and strike a pose.
- Chill Penguin will waddle away.
