It's really good man! you should totally see it
It's about these kids in a motorcycle gang and they're getting in trouble as usual but one of them has an accident n stuff and when he's taken to the hospital and they make him some exams they discover this thing in his aura that might match a militar hidden project called Akira and it's all so fucked up
It is in the year 2019 (but the movie is old so it looks quite futuristic) and it has such a nice urban cyberpunk aesthetic!! also a really great animation!!
