I made this for ~PinkTediz Though I did not come up with the idea, I did not steal someone else's art. I had labored many hours in Photoshop trying to achive the right look, because at the time, I was new to pixel art.The original concept/art belongs to ~zukihime So I will therefore move to my Scraps.

You didn't make this from scratch. The original belongs to ~zukihime and she made it so everyone could use it.

I had found the heart one. Though I was not aware the person that had made it was on deviantart.
I did however, make the diamond, clover and spade entirely on my own. as well as done somethine similar like the patterns in ~SukiHime 's
I simply had not updated this piece, as no one has payed much attention to it, and it is rather old, anyone may use it. My sister had specifically asked me to put that she wanted a unique icon.
I did not just right out copy the original. I did look at it, and use the idea, but I made the pattern on my own. I am not an art theif.

But you're presenting the heart one as your own, and there's not much made to the rest except a pallet swap and the symbols :/ I can overlay those to the pink one and the pixels match perfectly. That is why it is important to know your sources and learn to ask for credit.

I know very well why you need to learn where what you're using came from. I did not just copy and paste it though, which is what you're making it sound like I did, I actually spent forever trying to look at the pattern and do it myself.
I'm not trying to argue or anything here.(just sayin' that now so someone doesn't get angry.)

There's a problem when you try to emulate and the pixels match perfectly, you see, because it ends up looking like you just palette-swapped them. That's the issue with replication. You end up offering something that is almost exactly the same and you look bad.
What makes noise in me is that this has got more faves than the original, which already has three of the eggs bundled in already anyway. Replicating and remaking a pixel work doesn't look to me like something "no one else has". And the heart one matches perfectly, which makes me wonder why did you go through the work of replicating the pixels if they would end up in the same place, only with different color. You got the same outcome for 10 times the work.

I know the problem with it, and I see your malfunction. You're making it seem like I'm not getting what you're saying at all and I do. I always site my sources if I have them, I always give credit where I can, and I think art theives are deplorable for doing such things. I know how it looks, I can see that for myself.
Is that really my fault that it has gotten more faves? When obviously the sparkly icon; the one ~zukihime made, is used way more than mine. And it is all over Photobucket, and many other sites, I'm sure. And ~zukihime is a mirror account and hasn't seem to have had any activity in 9 weeks, the only reason I have so many faves is because this dev is ancient, and I'm very active on this account.
I went through all that work so I could get better at pixel work and so at least I knew I was no art theif, even if no one else believed I spent a long time trying to figure out what achived what look as far as pixel art is concerned. I never claimed to come up with the idea.
Though I would like to point out, I have never even seen the other eggs from ~zukihime And that I have sent the deviation to my scraps, and I have changed the artist's comments.

Okay... now you're trying to make me look bad. I'm just explaining to you what's wrong with replication, and defending my friend's work. That is a mirror account of hers, sure, but that's because it is the place where she stores her pixel art and other pictures that she doesn't add to her main. And to be honest, she changes accounts like crazy. She doesn't want any drama but I think it's good that you gave credit and all that. The bad thing is that it had to be done two years after the egg was posted.
The other eggs, if you want to check the original deviation, are in a zip file that can be downloaded, that's why you don't see them. People just download the pink egg and call it a day. But they do exist.

Well, You're making me look bad. I've said many times that I do know the problems with replication. I'm also defending how much work I put into this, and my status as a non-art thief. I usually don't change my artist's comments. I've only ever changed a handful in my 4 years being here. The only reason I changed it this time was because I was presented with someone I should be giving credit. I haven't looked for Shugo Chara Art as of yet, so I haven't found the eggs by ~zukihime here on deviantart. You're making it seem like I'm purposefully trying to hide that the idea was originally hers. That's not the case.
Well most people find stuff on deviantart and post it to a ton of other sites. And at the time, I wasn't a fan of Shugo Chara, so I wasn't looking for such things. I found it, showed it to my sister and she wondered if I could continue it and do the other three.
