I've always liked that he had very expressive ear-brows early on in the series, that were a bit like an extra mustache. Sadly they did away with them at some point, and it was such a delightful effect. Think of him getting half buried in mud (season 1?) and suddenly looking very depressed when he realized nobody was coming to rescue him.
So thanks for drawing Rygel so distinctively, you really did him justice!

Wow! Rygel looks amazing! Good job with the textures. He has that waxy slimy quality but also some crazy long whiskers, so that must have been a difficult balance.
