Description
This is my final painting. I went to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert when they were in town back on Nov 30. They are so awesome to see live. Those are two of their stage shots reflected in the sunglasses, and not their best. Fake snow, lazers, fog, flames, fireworks, the works. And they're all really nice. I got to talk to them all and they signed my program I bought. I left the place feeling so inspired to do some pieces...but I didn't have my computer any more.So when it came time to choose a subject for my painting final I went with it.
This is Paul O'Neill , the Composer, Lyricist, and Producer for the band.

This painting that you did is a direct copyright infringement of The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mark Weiss Photography, Paul O'Neill and Spiderwebart. You copied this from the photo I created in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra winter Program. The copyright on this painting now belongs to TSO. You have infringed TSO's copyright. You have absolutely no right to copy an artists/photographers copyrighted art. And then to have the nerve to claim that this is your idea is beyond my comprehension. I created this image for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra as the designer for their program. Put a copyright on this for Mark Weiss photography and Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It was more like a rock show. If you haven't heard them you should look up some of their songs. They play classical music and themes with rock instruments. Electric guitar and violin, keyboard...
