Description
Well...hello there. Uhm -come -take off that heavy bag, have a seat, warm yourself at the fire, rest for a while.
Yeah, I know...not much to look at. But- if you've been walking for long enough you would know how to find the heat of a bonfire in such a meager campfire by the road.
The road...it's been hard huh? I can see it on your face, in your eyes.
Just know my friend, you are closer to your destination than when you started...someday, maybe soon, you will get where you want to be. Then you will look back and see how far you've come. It will be worth everything you had to leave behind, and everything that-...weighed you down.
And those, -those people, the ones who stood by you, who lifted you up when you fell, who treaded through the deep waters beside you, will be there beside you, sharing the relief of your victory...in body, or spirit. For this world is a strange one my friend, and many a time we did not know what we had until it remained behind somewhere beside the road.
We don't see the beauty and the wonder, the possibilities of what could be, because we see the long road in front of us, with its steep and rocky trail, and those which try to turn you around because they can not defeat the heights you will.
Me? Oh, well...I've come far, like you.
It's been a hard road, but I am not where I must be yet. My destination...it is not near, it is not far. You see, for I still need to find it.
Rest some...warm yourself at the fire...
Tomorrow is a new day.
