Awesome!!! though at a glance i dont really think he looks like vincent from ffvii, but thats my opinion.
though you didnt completely fail with showing Madara's Madness, you showed some of it with his eyes, and his full expression(facial and body) shows a sorta Killing Intent which makes it look really cool. Nice background too.
