Great use of blues, good pose and everything is very neat
I think maybe the water level should be a bit up? I've got the impression that the eye goes to the right elbow, so I would put the horizon at that point.

No, don't worry, it does looks like it's a slope. You have much merit because it's specially difficult to do drawings with those perspectives. It's just that you'll always see the sea level at the same hight of your eyes, so if the viewer's look goes to the elbow then there should go the horizon. It's my opinion, I don't know if it's 100% certain XDD
