Description Hooray for lazy drawing! I don’t dare try to color this in the way I normally would. It would take me forever! My first Blind Betrayal mission was… interesting. At the time I thought Danse taking off all his clothes was normal. It would require another play-through to realize that the only reason he was naked in my first attempt was from me taking everything in his inventory when I first met him. Of course my rationale at the time was that he didn’t want to die in his BOS uniform as he considered himself unworthy. During my second play-through I found myself still accepting that moment more as canon than how it was supposed to have gone down.

This transformed my whole notion of how I felt Danse should have developed post- Blind Betrayal vs how it went down in-game. My headcanon was that this was Danses’ wakeup call. The BOS didn’t care about him. The BOS didn’t give a hoot about how much he cared for their cause. They loathed him despite the deeds that made him respected amongst his peers. This would be his first step into his complete rejection of them altogether.

That made me laugh. Not the part about being exiled of course but the part where he's missing all his clothes.
I finally did a BoS playthrough and got to this part last week. I've had the game since launch but my heart just wasn't with the BoS in Fallout 4.

You and me both. I was chuckling and saying "what the hell?!!" when it happened! Yeah, the BOS in 4 are really hard to get behind, their ideologies are less than desirable.
