I've been so excited to make my inquisitor a tarot card! It's not half as good as some of the fan cards I've seen, and not as close to the in game style as I wanted. Still, I did it watercolor (with a little digital detailing) and it came out pretty nicely all things considered. The tone of the card is based on Varric's description of the masses viewing the Herald as "one of those statues of Andraste holding bowls of fire."

Celestin is a my Dalish Knight Enchanter mage. I couldn't put the accent over the first "e" in her name, but I pronounce it "Say-lest-een".

Headcanon alert! I liked the idea that she was named after the stars, but her mother gave it a slightly Orlesian pronunciation because of her weakness for the beautiful silks and other goods her clan saw traded out of Orlais. As a result Celestin has the same appreciation of the aesthetics, if not always the people, outside of her elvish heritage.

She doesn't follow the typical elvish or mage party line, though she does believe in the elven gods. I think she was only too eager to go to the conclave when it was decided, even though her clan was nervous about indulging her interest in the affairs of humans. She's my Inquisition "Little Mermaid."

She's open minded and very accepting, but has difficulty with a person if she can sense a discomfort with either elves or mages when she is around them. When people make assumptions about her she's put on the defensive. Cullen's anxious body language around mages made it difficult for him to not rub her the wrong way at first.

Anyway, I could go on but I won't. I'm enjoying fleshing her out now that I've finished her story and I know how she is different from my other playthroughs.
