I decided to do another "Dragon into Human", like these; Dragons into Humans
But whoops I did extra.... Okay so I added glow because she's a sparkly dragon, but then I needed flat colour behind her to really show off the glow.... but then the background looked a little too plain so I added more.... and then she didn't have enough glowing effect so I added more... and really I just kept adding lol.
