Oh dood...he looks incredible hotXD!
I totally love your stlye dear!
Well the only thing i would remark: idk why, but your lips always are so shiny (i love it without doubt!!!!) but maybe it would look a lot more real if they would be a bit less shiny. This is no critique! Because i know it is a person way of drawing:3 It was just my feeling when watching some of your pics.
So now all the positive aspectsXD!
I totally adore his eyes...fallen with him! They create the feeling as if they would eat you up! I also love the teaths...they look very realistic, as if you put in a real ones.
The shading is perfect in every point and i love the skintone...and!!! the most i like the lever marks...maybe that sounds uglyxD But he looks tooooooo perfect to be true and this marks give him some very very special appearance. And they are set to the point in every single way.
The hair...well what to say: if oil would be able to create hairs like that i would love itXD skin is easy with oil...but hairs are...well.
So your hairs are perfect, they always look so soft...>///< And it seems as if they wanna stroke the skin, i love that.
So dood...continue like that!!!!

No, no, it's okay. I didn't take offense at all. ^_^ Criticism is very welcome.
Eyes are so hard. It's taken me a long time to figure them out. Even then I'm still learning. Um, I'm not sure. I want his eyes to be rather slitted and sleepy, but I always seem to make them "rounder" than I want. Something like that. It's hard to explain. I have the vision in my head but can't put it on "paper" very well, but I'm getting better at it.
Oh! I saw the picture. You're really good! I can't blend real paint well at all. Any tips you can share would be amazing.

Okay then it is my pleasure.
Yes, i agree. I also have problems with the eyes.-. If doing a portrait with a reference it is totally no problem...but if it comes to own chars...god beware, dood.
So i know what you mean when you say you can not put it on "paper"...it often is really hard because the own characters you wanna have perfect.
wow...////. you really think i am good?!
So well...blending with oil is pretty much easier then you will expect.
That is because the color needs at least 3 days before it is dry...i once had a picture which was still not dray after a week, lol.
So in that time you can blend and change everything.
To blend i use a middle-thick oil brush from the brand Da Vinci. At first i mix the base color for the skin.
For that i use: white, yellow, red and blue. At first i use red and blue, so that a brown is coming out, after that, with yellow and white i mix the color i want. After some times doing so, you will egt a sense for it.
so if that is done, i take the color and put it on the picture.
I color a huge area and then i use white to blend the part which should be more lightly it is pretty easy with oil, because the colors you can mix as you please. then i use the mixed color to put more darker parts in and mix another brown tone with blue, red and white again, but spare out the yellow then!
I repeat that over and over, until i am then. I hope it was some help.-.Β° If you have more questions, you also can write me a pm, maybe it is easier then!

I actually like both versions a lot but this one indeed seems a bit more refined somehow. I think he still does look like a guy despite being girly. Gorgeous!
