Stupid title...I couldn't really think of one. Another commission done for: I'm getting better at scenes. Can't say the same for clothes...>_> I seem to be progressing rather slowly on that front...Closeup coming...

well I dunno if it is date rape maybe he drugged a fellow mob boss to off him? Or gave some new play thing some drugs they can't handle and finds it amusing they can't?

Oh and for having trouble with clothes. One thing one of my friends found helpful is gettingforcing volunteers to pose in a similar thing to what they were trying to draw so they could get a better idea of how the fabric looked. I know it can help with poses at times. Maybe it might help you with clothe drawing?

I probably would have done the friend as reference thing but my in-house best friend is in CA this month with her mom.

I see the problem there ~.~ hmm well maybe when she gets back you two could go "try on" a bunch of clothes and take pictures so you could use for reference? Like from a bunch of different angles and what not?
I know you could basically just look up the outfits online but with this you can have it from multiple views so you know how it falls and stuff. I dunno XD just some ideas I'm tossing about :3

I love the way you did the couch and, gah, the bar on the backround too. The fact that I feel aversion towards this high-class environment proves that you managed to capture it well, usually I'm very indifferent to backrounds unless they affect me positively. This makes me want to turn around and go somewhere else, despite Kyo hanging there, lol.

Backgrounds are such a bitch, I swear. I usually only do head on or slight angles because my sense of perspective is awful. If life looked how I draw perspective angles everything would be royally distorted.
