Name: Reialis (from Eisregen and [Aurora] Borealis)Epithet: Ice Lugia
Type: Ice
Special Attack: Glacial Freeze (Freezes absolutely everything in site or can be concentrated into a beam)
Other Info: Being an Ice Lugia he can control ice and formation of ice (and summon it). Also able to turn any body of water, no matter the size into ice. Can fly well and through icy/snowy/sleet/windy conditions without freezing. Fire may be his weakness but flames themselves cannot destroy him (eg. 5 Fire Blasts will not make him faint but will weaken him). Articuno is the only other ice pokemon who can barely match his ice powers. And he is kind of like the Prince Marth of the Lugia bunch XD.

lugia is one of my favorite pokemon...
this one is even better...
the ice crystals and the colors are much better.. especially the new sort of eye fins is a huge improvement compared to the original one...

Awww, he's cute. ^^ I have this weird obsession with ice now (Mostly because I like the cold and I've seen snow only two or three times in my life). But anyway, he's really cute and sounds pretty neat too.

lol That always looks neat. I think we went into the mountains while we were in New Mexico (we used to go there a lot so it's hard to remember, we haven't gone lately though which sucks 'cause I wanna go to the Natural History Museum there, it's so much fun ^^).
