This is my second Lugia creation.

Name: Seraph (After the Angel Rank 'Seraphim')
Epithet: Holy Air Guardian
Type: Light/Flying
Special Attack: Purifying Beam - Concentrated Light in a Beam
Other Info: He has complete control over Light and the Wind which gives him his "Holy Air Guardian" name. Seraph also has another form known as his Seraphim Form where he gains the traditional 3 pairs of wings as Seraphim Angels do. His power and control over Light and Air increases highly however, he cannot sustain this form for too long because it consumes a lot of energy. He can fly extraordinarily fast and through any weather conditions. He can swim but prefers flight. Like the other Lugia creations he is not meant to be caught by trainers but can be befriended by gaining his trust. His rival is Thanatos the Dark Alchemist Lugia [link] .

Seraph was created a bit after Dagia but not to be Dagia's arch enemy. I still have the original drawings for Seraph and they haven't changed too much.
