I use Gimp. That is what I learned on. But PS, and ArtRage are good options to. No one I know uses Paint.

I have adopted a kid in Skyrim yesterday. What a shame, they didnΒ΄t add the story-telling feature. This would have let room in-game for SO much comedy! A scene like that actually in the game would have been awesomely funny
