Firstly, I like the color choice, well balanced and giving an interesting mood.
But, the compo bothers me :
1) difficulty to understand the perspective
2) the background is too sharpen, like if it was the firstgroung
3) On the top, the textures are really smooth.... unlike the botom (really rectangulare), so it's hard to get the perspective. I think it's due to the lack of water texture treatement

ok, I get it. I will work on that things, and I will update a new version pretty soon. So, I think I can fix the texture and the relation on the background, but I dont really know how to fix the perspective.... well, better started to painting,
