It's a catlip, actually. (I think the "correct" term is cleft palate) and she had surgery to get it fixed when she was born, but it left a scar. Nothing very exciting.

IT'S VERY SLICE-OF-LIFE. BUT LIKE, WITH SUPERPOWERS. IT'S BASICALLY A "WHAT IF" STORY THAT TAKES MODERN DAY, AND THEN OUT OF NOWHERE - BAM. 10% OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION GETS CRAZY SUPERPOWERS WITH SUCKY DRAWBACKS.
IT DEALS A LOT WITH MUNDANE STUFF. LIKE, RU HAS HIS HEART THING, AND HE WANTS TO PLAY SPORTS BUT NOW HE CAN'T PHYSICALLY PLAY ANYMORE. YUAN HAS TO DEAL WITH HER AUTISM. MADISON (BLOND BOY) IS TRYING TO ESCAPE HIS DAD'S UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS AND DISAPPOINTMENT. (he wants to live with some distant relatives who own a horse ranch and work for them but his dad wants him to take over some big company of his)
