Hahahaha, I wore Kadaj at Otakon in 2010 and 2011....

2010 I was working there, and sat at the help desk as Kadaj, so no big deal. I was inside most of the time.

Wore him 2011 for badge pick-up... BIG MISTAKE. Sweated buckets out my sleeves, make-up ran into my eyes. Wasn't fun. XD
