the reason she looks like that is because when I first designed her I forgot what Vaporeon looked like so I just tried to do it from memory

I really like the way you drew Enki! Very good!
I also like how you did the rain, but I think you can use a tip here: when you draw your rain strokes/drops you might want to begin on the underside. You see, when you draw them, you put more pressure on the start of the line. So when you start on the upside, it looks like the heaviest part of the drop is there. And that's not natural since we have gravity 
I hope you understand what I'm trying to tell? It's certainly not bad, on the contrary, but I thought you might want to know this. ^^
