The members of the up and coming Epona Squadron, making a name for themselves in the wasteland of Ijitsu.

Still on a bit of a Kotobuki kick, I present the entire Squadron and even give it a name.
How I'm picturing it is that while all seven of them are pilots, Rarity is also the team's logistics officer, handling supply orders while not in the cockpit, and Twilight works with Applejack on maintenance and upgrades. Had to come up with last names for Fluttershy and Applejack.
As for callsigns... tried to pick ones that would fit. Now... why is Fluttershy's callsign Dragon? Well... she may be shy, but she's also a bit of a sleeping dragon. Wake the dragon, and you'll see a side of her you never expected. Sunset's callsign comes from her haircolor.
I also see Pinkie as being the most likely to use colored smoke and flying over celebrations.
I freely admit that this was spawned from me listening to the opening theme of the anime.
