This is the one thing I miss the most about my current lifestyle. I don't get to surf much anymore, I remember when that was such a large part of my everyday routine. Nothing better than waking up early in the morning to seek out the perfect beach and the perfect spot for the perfect waves. Coming home, smelling like salty air and having to wash your hair 10 times before all the salt and sand comes fully out.

This is a beautiful shot, for many reasons. The colors are perfect, everything seems to be so calm, while somewhere you know the chaos is out there, waiting. The untouched ocean, so pristine and fresh. The surfboard with only the persons feet, so simple, yet it lends so much to the imagination. It makes you wonder, which is a great thing. The shadows and just how level everything seems to be.
