This scamp is frightening, but reminds me a bit of Orsimer too much with the lower jaw and teeth sticking up and out. Scamps seem to me like they would sport fangs a bit better since they are cowardly and weak. Just a personal opinion though, this is still very fine work. The cleft lip is a strange choice too since that one scamp who can speak the common tongue would probably be unable to pronounce anything, but that's probably over-thinking it a bit too much.
