Sitting in the dark, holding myself,And feeling the hope of my music
Tomorrow’s another day

You can make it until then,
Don’t cry over the milk that has yet to spill
Just drink it.
I feel the blanket of warmth
The music covers me with
Today maybe a living hell
Live until tomorrow
Today may seem to try and kill you
You can make it to tomorrow
Don’t cry, because God has forgotten you
They haven’t.
I love to hear of tomorrow
I always wait for it.
Yesterday may try to come for you
Ignore it
Yesterday may try to kill you
You can get away from it,
Don’t cry because it’s so fast
You’re faster
I know, this might not become true,
But it’s at least something to hope for
We don’t seem to have heroes’ anymore
Be a hero
It might seem hard to save the word
Because the opposition is strong
You’re stronger.
I’m a hero
I can save the day
I can rescue the pretty maiden
Trapped in the castle
I can make my parent’s proud,
Homework, happiness, kindness
I can be tomorrow
Hope, pride, change,
All I need to do is start.

You know, for some reason this reminded me to get something scanned.
You have a talent for saying exactly what you mean in your poetry, but the syllabics of the song parts needs some work. Try to make a set template of how long you want each line to be. I recommend making it be 8-5-8-5-4-3/2.
