High time for a new submission. Well, the sub is new, the picture old. I told ya I won´t be able to come up with new stuff until christmas, ne?
This kitty, however, was a gift for the woman who drove our schoolbus for 7 years but had to quit when my last year at school started. She was a VERY friendly person, so this was my way to thank her for those 7 years of driving us ^_^
Originally I wanted to paint this in natural colors (greens, browns and blues), but after my 4th computer-crashdown (always BEFORE I had the chance to save, of course!) I kinda lost my nerves and went like: "So what!? Okay, then I´ll color it purple!!" And since this gave the whole scene a kinda enchanted touch, I added the fairy-wings ^_^ The tiger also suffered from the crashdowns, because I was really running out of time and had to rush a lot. Still, I think it´s an acceptable picture - hope you´ll also like it ^_^
