God this took me far longer than it should have. I should have done this a year ago or more but for whatever reason I could never get Isabelle to jel with my writing style or vice-versa. No idea why she just flat out refused and I struggled with it a couple sleepless nights.Then I woke up stupid early one morning after only four hours of sleep and just starting writing.
I feel like I may have flanderized her a little and I apologize, I was having a hard time getting a good example of her habits outside of Izzy's bio.
The "monster" is based on the silverfish because no one ever makes a horribly destructive book eater. I know I'd hate it. So I mixed in some asshole monkey into it and gave it a horrifying name for the raw lulz of something so fairly harmless having such a dread name.
Anywho, massive apologies DH. This fucking should have been done AGES ago. That's completely on me. I do hope you enjoy this silly little story with Izzy and the Spine Eater.
