An old-school Cartoon from the small town of Terrace, Battsie still hasn't fully accepted this whole new 'Color' schtick, knowing a thing or two about the origins of the latest new fad. On her show Bats in the Belfry she's a savvy Business Bat who uses her money and connections to build up Metropolis, solving the problems of the people with their trust and support. With your votes, you the citizen are safe to live and pursue the American Dream!

Behind the scenes, Battsie wears a thinly-veiled front of being the model appropriate toon for Hays Code and little Johnny. After all, she wouldn't want to find herself subjected to the Hays Machine, knowing full well what it does. She actually would prefer to go back to being a hustling Mobster making an honest quick buck but when you see a loaded gun, you can either be in front of it or behind it. It's a much safer place behind it and being the Mayor certainly helps with keeping her ahead of the watchful eye of the Hays Code. She might be a rough and tumble gangster who sometimes takes extreme matters into her own hands but she's still a Toon and works hard to make sure Metropolis won't get taken off the air. Sure it's mostly for her own sake but it'd be awful hard to swindle protection/underworld/bribe/dirty money in a town of one and boy oh boy does she love that dirty money game. She's definitely crooked but maybe crooked is what it takes to keep the curtains at bay.
