Ne, you got the hair just right, his hair is so hard to draw. I think the eyes should be a bit lighter green though...but thats my opinion.

Awwww! He's so cute! I absolutely love his hair and the look on his face. My only comment is that his right arm seems a little... odd. Can't put my finger on it, but there's just something about it. Maybe that it looks like it's being held really close to his body rather than more relaxed. Yeah, that's it.
