These are the uniforms for the crew of the Starfleet Intrepid Class ship, the USS Myrmidon. I went with seperate, distinct colors for the various crew stations; I've always found it odd that the Captain and Commander wore the same color uniforms as the Ensigns on Voyager and other ships. One would think that, given Starfleet's continuous mission to explore strange new worlds and the like, that you'd want your commanding officers as distinguisable as possible from the other crew members.You'll note that I also went with a softer, more relaxing color for the medical officers (you could say femine, but, meh). I did this because I thought the soft, gentle colors would inspire the same feelings in those being treated by the medical staff. I almost went with pink only but thought that it would set myself up for too many jokes and I'd constantly have characters arguing the point, so, purple for male and pink for female.

good choise, though it's a little limited on what to do seeing as it's a long range scout ship.
I know other's reading this will call me a nerd but i don't really care
If they just watched the show for once they might find it's not so stupid after all.

his right and not only that but the Intrepid class is slitly small and has weaker shilding thin most of the others me i perfer the galexy class ofer all the others becouse its capabul of much more then it looks of corse the smaller the ship the longer it can stay passed warp 9.0

The idea was originally to have it as a Borg-hunting ship. One of a small fleet intended to hunt down the origins of the Borg. Then that idea faded into a short story that had a lone scout ship on the unchrated edges of Federation Space coming across an apparent derelict ship on which a virus was loosed and turned the crew into zombies (zombies in the prim and pristine world of Star Trek is just so intriguing to me).
Of course, both ideas fell to the side with the developement of my current projects.
As to the Intrepid-class ship's capabilities...I like the small, slightly fragile ship that the Voyager was. I like the small crew and the overall design. I'm still a fan of the Galaxy-class ships (especially the E), but, c'mon, who isn't?

the E is cot a galexy calss but anywho that is gonna be a problem my chericter is a capton who was capterd by the borg then was found by his crew and turnd back with some exterior implants intact he's capton of the U.S.S. Dragon ofcorce a galexy class star ship

Pff. Silly Ray. The new colors are just to confuse the aliens they'll find on the various planets they visit.
In the original series, all the honchos wore yellow (captain), the 'non-technical' (doctors, advisors) crew wore blue and the soon to be victims wore red.
In Next Generation, they reversed the use of red and yellow coloration to confuse the aliens; after all, it's no fun to see Ricky the trainee die. We want to see primary crew peoples in danger. . .
By the way, I feel bad for your doctors for having to wear those gay ass uniforms.
