Description For the people that don’t recognise it, CN Tower is the signature of Toronto’s skyline, at a height of 1,815 ft, 5 in (553.33m) it is very tall, on a clear day you can see New York.

This one of my most favourite places, each time I visit Toronto the tower is always a view not to be avoided.

More information CN Tower is the official website.

One of my favourite cities in the world as well. I haven't been there in so long...this is a great shot, a great angle.

Awesome picture. I've never actually been there, but I've read a lot about it and seen a lot of great pictures like this one.
Makes the Space Needle here in Seattle look like one of those little portable mini-tripods.

Cool! The off center frame really draws your attention more to the tower-and it is a cool site (it has been a long time since I've been there though )

I personally would have prefered a more centred frame, but the photo is excellent.

very nice angle and a very clear shot. I like the way the leaves are surrounding the picture too.

Interesting effect with the off centered frame. I like the way you used the greenery to capture scale. Man, that's some blue sky! Nice work!

Thank you... it was to try and give a poster or postcard feel to it. And the sky was good that day, just wished I had my cir-polarizing filter then it would have made it so much better next time

that's a really good view, nicely taken! love the flower frame too. you should try and get a shot from the top looking down on downtown Toronto or even through the glass floor (tho i think all you see through that is mostly the concrete of the tower)

Raymate In reply to jonny-strange [2004-04-17 11:20:14 +0000 UTC]

Thanks… the view was from the "Steam Whistle Brewery" they have some trees, which I sat below to get that view. Yes I will be back in September so I shall see what works then
