Just me trying out my Grell cosplay for the first time. The eyecolor is photoshopped, but I do have a pair of yellow-green contacts that I will wear at Metrocon. The teeth were fun to make. Many thanks to tealpirate for the idea of making them out of false nails!Related content

were the fake nails stuck on over your teeth or on a retainer of some sort? because i have the nails, a retainer to stick them on, and denture paste, but the nails won't stick DX and the nails are curved, but my teeth aren't, so i can't get the middle part s on them to even touch the retainer :/ i don't know how to do it 
also, the Grell Show is awesome!

You have to use Super Polygrip denture paste. anything else won't really work.

.... That could have been used a little earlier, seeing as I ended up going to the convention with no sharp teeth, last year about 2 days after I put that comment, but thanks - I'll keep that in mind.

Yeah, 'tis, 'tis! And well my wig's slightly dead at the moment >< it needs washing but I'm scared to because of its length and all and it tangles so easily ;-; I haven't cosplayed Grell in a while now because of the long wig, but when I next do I'll keep this in mind ^^

Hmm, not bad~! I actually did the same thing. XD I just have a question: how do you exactly remove the nails from your teeth safely? I wasn't sure. I did look on the tube of Fixodent, which is what I plan to use, and it didn't say how to remove them in general. I was just wondering if you could tell me how you removed yours, since denture powder should be no different than the gel. XD;; Thanks. ^u^

Thank you! Actually the eyes were photoshopped here since I didn't have the lens yet at the time of this picture, but I have them now. And the teeth here were made of acrylic nails stuck on with denture powder. I now use a set of teeth from dental distortions...the acrylic nails kept falling off my teeth over time.
