Why does every black person in DC seems to want to move to PG county. Other than shopping, I don't find anything alluring about PG county. It's nothing but woods, pockets of ghettos and strip malls.

property value is acceptible, close to the city, go-gos everywhere and gun stores, something DC does not have.
dont forget mansions, carryouts, and liqour stores.

Property values are actually up there with DC. Only difference is you get more with that than what you would get in DC.
There are as many carry-outs in DC as are in PG.
Yes parts on the metro are close but if you go beyond it. You are majorly lost.
There are go-go's in DC, only tucked away and hidden from public.
People move to PG for various reasons(not being gentrification) one is choice, another is seeing opportunity. Other is to be part of the growing affluent black population.

ZOMG! That's the...Maryland flag!! I live in MD, USA! I wouldn't recommend you move or live there (at least not Howard County or "PG" County or Montgomery, if my spelling's correct) if you're a freedom-fighter like myself, but if you're a pacifist or thug, it's become a popular choice. XD
