It's just a gijinka design of Mawile, I haven't really given its character much thought :[

I loved the stream yesterday. She looks awesome. The texturing you managed to work into her legs and other mouths is amazing. You should feel great about this. ^_^

Mawile was always a love/hate thing for me, and Chandelure is my favorite recent Ghost pokemon, and between that humanization and this one, I give it to this one. Love the face, love the hair, love the outfit, love the belts keeping the mouths closed.. it just looks epic.
