Well, since Transformers 3 will be showing today,I wanted to give a tribute.I love transformers. Especially the old school one. This will also be submitted for an art gallery and for a private movie screening for a cause, transforming the lives of the PGH cancer patients here in the Philippines.

This pose's reference is from Pat Lee's War and Peace. Ever since I was 12 years old I've always imagined how the comic would look like animated well one day I plan to animate the whole thing [link]

I wanted to go for an airbrush old school type of approach to this. I colored and tweaked some parts in Photoshop. Model and render was done in Autodesk Maya.
