For TTX: Enter the Next Generation, I needed a new villain. But, I couldn't really think of any besides Red Hood. Hood was perfect for the part because he has been done before, Joker, Jason Todd and various others. So, why not. This Hood is an expert martial artist, long away from Batman, Robin, or Slade. He's an obsessive planner, sticking with an idea till it is done or untill he is stopped. He has unusual abilities, seemingly able to slow down time and move extremely fast. Covering long distances in a matter of seconds. He is also impervious to Ravens telekinetic powers.
I got the design of the hood after playing Assassins Creed. Kinda fits, considering the guy is a hitman.
