I like the bright contrasting colors used in the background and the blue of her eyes. c: The patterns in the background look really neat themselves.
The way her arm is going off the canvas looks really strange though, and it kind of looks like it was done so that you wouldn't have to draw the hand. You should definitely practice drawing hands rather than just finding ways to hide them~ That way you'll get better and better at it and someday hands won't be something to dread drawing~ :D
