its all done in the original photograph. using a longish exposure setting on the camera. its on of the first techniques i tried with my new camera

I actually find this one really nice.
I'm usually a bit skeptical for this type of art, but I think the light movement works really well in this.

Many people tend to just take a long shutter image and not think about the way it all matches together with the rest of the image. But I think you captured it well with the light

The combination of the clouds being so ominous and still above the earth with the swift moving lights is great because it bestows afeeling of calmness from the high sped commotion of life.
