Any Idea where I can score an EVA foam template for the helmet?

This may not be cardboard but we wanted to stop by and comment on how this armor is probably just as effective as the actual imperial guard's armor would be.

hi hi, i also made this for a friend of mine once XD but we had to dye the craft foam as we could not get it in the correct color but we had problems with this and the paint would fall of.. you got any advice for this ? since this friend of mine keeps seeking a way to improve this

Well, the foam we used was from these gray work mats you can buy in bulk at department and hardware stores. I had no problems with chipping paint on those. Otherwise, I could only suggest trying different dyes or combinations of dyes on small sample pieces of the foam you're using, until you get the color you want.
