Well, 2017 has really struck us again. We have recently lost another icon.

I lost another part of my childhood.
First Don Rickles (Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story films), then Peter Sallis (Wallace in Wallace & Gromit), and now the very talented and lovely June Foray (Rocky & Bullwinkle, Looney Tunes, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, DuckTales, Cinderella, the list goes on and on....)

To be fair, it seemed inevitable; after all, the woman was almost a hundred years old. Just two more months and she would've been celebrating a milestone of her life.

But this was especially devastating for me because Rocky & Bullwinkle was a huge inspiration for me, and her wonderful talent was a large part of it. One of my life goals was to meet Ms. Foray and express my love for her and the people behind Rocky & Bullwinkle (seeing as how she was the remaining living member of the show's crew), as well her years of vocal work and animation in general. But sadly, I was put into an unhappy mood when I discovered that the day would never come. The only thing I could do now was create this piece of my favourite characters that she's played in memory of her.

But the best that could be said is she'll be flying like a certain supersonic speedster into the clouds above; there, she’ll reunite with Bill Scott, Paul Frees, Mel Blanc and a countless number of the greats.
