Description Based off of Festum's [link] second costume for the Bogeyman from his Kim Possible fanfiction "Small Surprises, Big Consequences". I really liked the drawing he did, so I just had to draw it myself. I added the top hat and cane. I felt that this gave him more of an air of sophistication, as well as making him look somewhat like Jack the Ripper in the process.

I have my own creeps rattling around in my head that could give him a run for his money. To give you an idea of their level of dementia, my friend who loves the Cthulu Mythos describes some of them as insane horrors from beyond the veil of time and space driven to destroy peace, love, happiness and the family unit" along with "evil, manipulative monstrosities that make Satan seem like a schoolyard bully".
